Love these socks!

Got the Non-Binding Ankle Socks and they are so comfortable! My feet feel great all day. They don't dig in at all. I'm definitely going to get more of these. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs gentle socks. So happy with my purchase!

Always reliable socks

I've ordered from Comfort Fresh a few times now, mainly for their Bamboo Diabetic Crew Socks. This last order was just as good as the others. The quality has stayed consistent, which is why I keep coming back. They're soft and hold up well to washing.

Comfortable socks, decent process

I ordered the Merino Wool Diabetic Socks and also some FDA Listed Compression Socks. The ordering process was straightforward online, no issues there. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Arizona. Everything was packaged well. The merino wool ones are really soft, a noticeable difference from regular socks. The compression socks fit correctly according to the sizing guide. I had a quick question about washing instructions, and their customer support answered my email the next day. Overall, a smooth experience and good quality products.

Good value, first time

I needed new socks and saw they had a sale, so I tried Comfort Fresh for the first time. I picked up a 6-pack of the Cotton Diabetic Ankle Socks. Got a pretty good deal, worked out cheaper per pair than buying just one. Shipping was free because of the order total. They arrived in about 4 days, which was faster than I expected. Seems like a solid purchase for the price.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between Comfort Fresh and Dr. Scholl's for my dad's diabetic socks. Has anyone tried both and have a preference? Wondering about comfort mainly.

S Sam H. 2 months ago
I've used both. Comfort Fresh felt way softer, especially the bamboo ones. Dr. Scholl's were okay, but the Comfort Fresh ones just felt less constricting.

Yeah, I agree. My podiatrist actually recommended Comfort Fresh over others because they're FDA listed, which gave me some peace of mind. Felt like they were designed for real medical needs, not just a brand name.

How long does shipping usually take from Comfort Fresh? I live in California and need them kinda soon.

P Phil Patel 2 months ago
For California, I usually get mine within 5-7 business days. It's not Amazon fast, but it's pretty consistent. They do give you tracking though.

I'm in Nevada, so kinda close, and it's usually less than a week for me. If you hit the free shipping threshold (I think it's 35 bucks?), that helps too.

Can I stack a first order discount with the free shipping for orders over $35? Trying to maximize my savings.

J June A. 1 month ago
Free shipping over $35 usually applies automatically once your cart hits that amount, so you shouldn't need a code for it. Then you can probably add a discount code on top of that for your first order.

E Emma 1 month ago
I've managed to do that before. The free shipping is usually just a cart total thing, not a specific promo code, so you can still use a percentage off code at checkout. Just try it!

thinking of getting some compression socks for long flights. are the Comfort Fresh ones actually FDA listed? that sounds important.

G Gwen Z. 2 months ago
Yep, they are! It says right on their product page for the compression ones. That's actually why I picked them too, felt more legitimate than some random brand.

Can confirm, pretty sure they are. My doctor mentioned that too, said it means they meet certain standards for medical devices.

I'm between two sizes on their chart for the wide calf socks. Should I size up or down for comfort? Don't want them too tight.

R Ryan G. 2 months ago
I'd lean towards sizing up if you're on the fence, especially with diabetic socks. Better a little loose than too tight and cutting off circulation. They're usually pretty forgiving.

Yeah, if they're non-binding or diabetic, you definitely want to avoid anything snug. Going up is probably the safer bet for comfort.

Are the Comfort Fresh socks good for neuropathy? My feet get really sensitive and tingly.

C Colin 1 month ago
They have specific neuropathy socks, actually! My mom uses them and says they help with the sensitivity a lot because they're so soft and seamless. The bamboo ones are great for that too.

I found the non-binding and seamless toe designs made a big difference for my foot comfort, definitely eased some of the nerve discomfort. Not a cure, but helps with day-to-day wear.

Does Comfort Fresh ever do sales or discount codes? Looking to get a few pairs of the merino wool ones but they're a bit pricey.

W Wendy 2 months ago
They definitely do. I usually see 10-20% off codes pop up around holidays, especially Black Friday or even like, Father's Day. Also, check if they have a first order discount on their site.

M Mia Okafor 1 month ago
And if you're buying a few, look for multi-packs. The per-pair cost usually drops a lot when you get a 6-pack or 12-pack. That's how I usually buy them.

What's their return policy like if these don't work out? Is it a hassle to send socks back?

N Nina V. 2 months ago
Returns were pretty straightforward for me. You just initiate it on their site, and they give you instructions. Didn't have any issues when I sent a pair back that didn't fit right.

G Gwen 2 months ago
I think they have a pretty reasonable return window, something like 30 days. Just make sure they're not worn or anything, obviously. But yeah, it wasn't a problem for me.
